Matthew Guenther
Managing Partner
Matt is a Managing Partner at Transcend Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Transcend, Matt spent over 20 years as a private equity investor, most recently as a Managing Partner at GenNx360 Capital Partners. Prior to GenNx360, he was at Walden Capital Partners, KPMG Consulting and AT&T where he began his career. He is experienced in sourcing, evaluating, structuring and negotiating investment opportunities.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Union College and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Columbia University.
