Brian is a Managing Partner at Transcend Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Transcend, Brian spent over 25 years as a private equity investor, most recently as a Partner at Veritas Capital. Previously, he co-founded and was a Managing Partner of North Cove Partners and prior to that, served as Co-Head of BAML Capital Partners, the private equity investment arm of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He serves on the board of CURE Epilepsy and previously served on the March of Dimes New Jersey board.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College, graduating magna cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
