Rick is a Vice President, Corporate Development at Transcend Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Transcend, Rick was an Analyst on the M&A and Growth team at Hightower Advisors where he evaluated and structured transactions with Registered Investment Advisors joining Hightower’s existing base of partner firms. Prior to Hightower, Rick was an Analyst at Third Bridge Group.
Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Richmond.
